Shipping & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, delivery fees from the customer or the client's supplier to TriChoLab are not included in price quotations. For delivery delays and/or damage, TriChoLab disclaims any liability. Upon delivery of the completed work to the carrier at the shipment point, or upon mailing of the finished work's or its segments' bills, whichever occurs first, title for the completed work passes to the client.

Product Refund / Reimbursement
If you are not satisfied with any product, please e-mail Customer Service within 5 working days of receiving your order. Please include your customer login id, order number and reason for dissatisfaction. If you have not received your order within the specified delivery time, please contact Customer Service (FEEDBACK) not later than 7 working days from the date of the specified delivery time. Our Customer Service department will review your complaint and work with you to meet your expectations. 

PLEASE NOTE: We will only reprint or refund the cost of any print job that fails to meet the conditions under such as:
1)  Wrong product specification with confirmation of orders.
2)  Wrong spelling or design compare with artwork provided.
3)  Wrong quantity order produce compare quantity order.

Remark: Colour reproduction or accuracy is generally subject to the limitations of gang-run printing method. Therefore, the accuracy of colour reproduction is NOT guaranteed.
We are not responsible for typing, image, or design errors input by customers in the artwork/document creation process. In order to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, Tapir Print does not review artwork/documents for content or spelling. In no way shall either TriChoLab or its subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders or employees be liable for any special incidents, indirect or consequential damages, mistakes or rejects of any kind whether or not the party has been advised of the possibility of such damages or rejects arising out of or related to a TriChoLab action(s).
