Direction:
Shampoo hair. Wind perm rods onto hair as desired. Apply lotion 1 onto hair. Leave on for 15 minute. Check hair. If desired curls have been achieved, rinse off with water. Apply lotion 2 onto hair. Leave on for 10 minutes. Remove rods and rinse. Style as usual.
